This is for my students.
What kinds of activities would you like to have available in an after school club? guided activities by a teacher; student-led activities; free time to explore and learn programs available on the computers in the lab; other?
This is a blog experiment by a middle-school teacher who is trying to encourage staff and students to use Web 2.0 participatory tools to enhance their learning.

I was very impressed with how well a group of students worked together to learn skills from each other during a computer club meeting a couple of weeks ago. One of the students was pretty familiar with Flash, and he got the others started on creating animations. It was amazing how quickly the kids caught on and were learning new thing by doing.
I'll be so interested to find out what the students are most interested in having as clubs in our school. I would love to see an environment club - interested in promoting concern for our planet!!
Maybe if a student environmental club is formed, we'll get more enthusiasm about recycling from students and staff alike.
What a great demonstration of the integration of technology in education! Well done Mrs. C!
I meant Mrs. C. Stanley!!!
